For the problems (small probability) arising in the use of lighting balloon: For the repairable situations such as parts damage: we will provide free replacement parts or you purchase parts from your local store (we bear the expense). For the non-repair situations: we will offer free replacement. Ø How do you start the order? Ø We will start your order after receiving the payment. we will send you videos and pictures of lighting balloons’ test and packaging stage, in which your company name will also be shown on an A4 paper to ensure authenticity.
